Return and Refund Policy

At Ekosto Store Online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY
You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is damaged or defective
  • Wrong product was delivered
  • Product does not match the description on the website

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Products without original tags and packaging
  • Innerwear, socks, and personal hygiene products
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

  1. Email us at support@ekostoreonline.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include your Order ID, reason for return, and photographs of the product
  3. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days
  4. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no cost to you
  5. Products must be returned in original packaging with all tags intact

REFUND PROCESS

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer

REFUND TIMELINE

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
  • UPI/Net Banking: 3-5 business days
  • Wallet: 1-2 business days

EXCHANGE
We offer free size exchanges subject to availability. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged, please take photographs immediately and email us within 24 hours of delivery at support@ekostoreonline.com.
