RETURN ELIGIBILITY
You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is damaged or defective
- Wrong product was delivered
- Product does not match the description on the website
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Products without original tags and packaging
- Innerwear, socks, and personal hygiene products
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
- Email us at support@ekostoreonline.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include your Order ID, reason for return, and photographs of the product
- Our team will review and respond within 2 business days
- If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no cost to you
- Products must be returned in original packaging with all tags intact
REFUND PROCESS
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer
REFUND TIMELINE
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
- UPI/Net Banking: 3-5 business days
- Wallet: 1-2 business days

We offer free size exchanges subject to availability. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged, please take photographs immediately and email us within 24 hours of delivery at support@ekostoreonline.com.
