Cancellation Policy
At Ekosto Store Online, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER — BEFORE SHIPMENT
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been shipped.
How to Cancel:
- Log in to your account at ekostoreonline.in
- Go to My Account → My Orders
- Select the order you wish to cancel
- Click “Cancel Order”
- Select a cancellation reason and confirm
- You will receive a cancellation confirmation email within 30 minutes

CANCELLATION AFTER SHIPMENT
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped
- If you wish to return the product after delivery, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy
- You may refuse delivery at the door — the product will be returned to us and a refund will be processed after inspection
CANCELLATION BY EKOSTO STORE ONLINE
We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:
- Product is out of stock or discontinued
- Pricing errors or incorrect product information on the website
- Suspected fraudulent, unauthorised, or suspicious transaction
- Payment failure or unsuccessful verification
- Unable to deliver to the provided pin code or address
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.)
In all such cases, you will be notified via email and a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
REFUND ON CANCELLATION

PARTIAL CANCELLATION
- If your order contains multiple items, you may cancel individual items before shipment
- Go to My Account → My Orders → Manage Items to cancel specific products
- Refund for cancelled items will be processed as per the timeline above
PREPAID ORDER CANCELLATION CHARGES
- Cancellations made within 12 hours of order placement: No charges
- No cancellation fees apply for any customer-initiated cancellation before shipment
COD ORDER CANCELLATION
- COD orders cancelled before shipment: No charges
- Repeated COD cancellations may result in restriction of COD facility for your account
NON-CANCELLABLE ORDERS
The following orders cannot be cancelled:
- Orders that have already been shipped
- Customised or personalised products
- Products marked as “Non-Cancellable” on the product page
