SHIPPING COVERAGE
We currently ship across India to all major cities, towns, and serviceable pin codes.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order is dispatched

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- An email with your tracking number and courier details
- An SMS notification on your registered mobile number
You can track your order:
- Under My Account → My Orders on ekostoreonline.in
- Directly on the courier partner’s website using the tracking number
COURIER PARTNERS
We work with trusted logistics partners including:
- Delhivery
- BlueDart
- DTDC
- Shiprocket
- Ecom Express
The courier partner is assigned based on your location and order type.
CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
- COD is available on orders up to ₹2,000
- COD orders may take 1 additional business day for processing
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept the order and make the payment
FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Recipient not available
- Premises locked
Our courier partner will make 2–3 delivery attempts. After failed attempts, the package will be returned to us. Re-delivery charges may apply.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take photographs of the damaged packaging and product immediately
- Email us within 24 hours at support@ekostoreonline.in
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you

- Ekosto Store Online is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or government restrictions
- Ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of order placement
- We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address provided by the customer
