SHIPPING COVERAGE

We currently ship across India to all major cities, towns, and serviceable pin codes.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order
  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order is dispatched

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • An email with your tracking number and courier details
  • An SMS notification on your registered mobile number

You can track your order:

  • Under My Account → My Orders on ekostoreonline.in
  • Directly on the courier partner’s website using the tracking number

COURIER PARTNERS

We work with trusted logistics partners including:

  • Delhivery
  • BlueDart
  • DTDC
  • Shiprocket
  • Ecom Express

The courier partner is assigned based on your location and order type.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

  • COD is available on orders up to ₹2,000
  • COD orders may take 1 additional business day for processing
  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept the order and make the payment

FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Recipient not available
  • Premises locked

Our courier partner will make 2–3 delivery attempts. After failed attempts, the package will be returned to us. Re-delivery charges may apply.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take photographs of the damaged packaging and product immediately
  • Email us within 24 hours at support@ekostoreonline.in
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Ekosto Store Online is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or government restrictions
  • Ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of order placement
  • We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address provided by the customer
