RETURN ELIGIBILITY
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged or defective
- Wrong product or wrong size was delivered
- Product does not match the description on the website
- Product is missing parts or accessories
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been worn, washed, used, or altered
- Products without original tags, labels, or packaging
- Innerwear, socks, and personal hygiene products
- Customised or personalised products
- Products purchased during clearance or final sale
- Gift cards and vouchers
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
- Email us at support@ekostoreonline.in within 7 days of delivery
- Include your Order ID, reason for return, and clear photographs of the product
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days
- If your return is approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup
- Ensure the product is packed in its original packaging with all tags intact
- Our logistics partner will collect the item from your doorstep
REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Inspection is completed within 2 business days of receiving the product
- If approved, refund is initiated within 24 hours of inspection
- You will receive a refund confirmation email

COD REFUNDS
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via NEFT/bank transfer. Please provide your bank account details when contacting us for a return.
EXCHANGE POLICY
- We offer free size or colour exchanges subject to stock availability
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Contact us at support@ekostoreonline.in with your Order ID and exchange requirement
- Exchanged items will be dispatched within 3–5 business days after we receive the original product
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Take clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging immediately
- Email us within 24 hours of delivery at support@ekostoreonline.in
- We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you
WRONG PRODUCT DELIVERED
If you receive a wrong product:
- Do not use or remove tags from the product
- Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs
- We will arrange pickup and deliver the correct product within 5–7 business days
CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPMENT
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund
- Go to My Account → My Orders → Cancel Order
- Or email us immediately at support@ekostoreonline.in
CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
For a return to be accepted, the product must be:
- In its original unused condition
- With all original tags and labels attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the original invoice
SHIPPING CHARGES ON RETURNS
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/defective product): Free reverse pickup
- If the return is due to customer preference (size, change of mind): ₹49 reverse shipping charge may apply
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided, you may escalate your concern to us directly. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
